Navneet completed his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK in 1998 prior to joining Technocraft. After joining Technocraft, he led the diversification of the Group into the value added scaffolding and formwork business which is now a $80M business for the Group. He also founded and led the Group's entry into the fast growing engineering services outsourcing (ESO) segment and founded Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd which is the Group's engineering services subsidiary and employs over 500 engineers today with operations in India, USA, Canada, UK and Germany.Navneet has done the Owner President Management (OPM) Program at the Harvard Business School and is also a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), a global organization of business leaders.
Mudit Raniwala is with Technocraft since over a decade and has been managing the global scaffolding and formwork business of Technocraft. He has done Masters in Marketing Management from M.E.T., Mumbai. He has been instrumental in starting and success of various business initiatives of Technocraft like Building formworks, Infrastructure formworks, U.S.A. scaffolding operations, Australian formwork operations and most recently formwork for Mass housing buildings. He has also been developing and successfully managing the key accounts of Technocraft’s scaffolding and formwork division across the globe.
As head of plant, Neeraj Modi spearheads end to end order processing from production planning, cost planning and estimation to order delivery. He also works in liaison with the R&D department on various client requirements and projects. He is actively involved with current and potential global clients to cement lasting meaningful, professional and strategic relations. He directs, manages and optimizes multiple product streams simultaneously. He is also actively involved in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining factory staff; communicating values, strategies and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities. He is focused on ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction along with fast response, low inventory and working towards production with zero defects and emphasis on efficiency and innovation.
Deepak Mishra is Vice-President (Purchase) of Indian operations and CEO of China Operations, aged 52 years, is holding Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Post graduate diploma in Computers and Materials Management. Deepak Joined Technocraft Group in 1990 as purchase executive and left in 2008 after heading Technocraft’s Purchase department for many years. He joined Time Technoplast Ltd. in 2008 as Vice President (Purchase) and later was promoted as COO for their China operations in Tianjin. He re-joined Technocraft group in 2015 as CEO of China Operations. He has been instrumental in leading the Technocraft’s China Company Anhui Reliable Steel Technology Company Limited in Quanjiao, China in drum closure and scaffolding business. Having 30 years of vast experience in Purchase and Operations, in 2019 he was again appointed as Vice-President of Purchase. He is a good team leader and can drive the force to achieve the company’s objectives.

He has experience in diversified fields of SAW Pipes, Oil & Gas, Construction Materials & Equipment and Project Management in India & Middle East. He has worked with Welspun Corp and Sobha Ltd. In Technocraft, he leads an experienced and motivated team of professionals comprising of Project Managers, Designers and Technicians who have been instrumental in understanding the customer requirements and translating it into quality Formwork, fabricated “Right First Time” ensuring timely delivery and execution. This team has been continuously delivering close to 1000 MT of customised Steel Formwork every month to all major Construction Giants of the Industry and is poised to grow further.
